Hello! I'm your coach, Latha Durairajan. I'm a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with specialization in corrective exercise and pre- and post-natal coaching for women.
My fitness journey started 23 years ago as someone very fit and healthy. But along the way, life took over, pregnancy and several accidents later my health took a huge hit. I had to start from scratch and learn my new normal. It was tough, challenging, and scary at times. But I did it with the support of my family and amazing trainers by my side. This fueled my passion for fitness and here I am, better than ever and getting stronger every day.
I left my job of 17 years in Pharma to embark on this journey as a fitness coach, to help others regain and build their strength. My goal is to never stop learning and seek new ways to increase the value I provide for my clients.
Training at The Mind And Muscle is not just a workout. Together, we will go back to basics and build from there. With all aspects that get you in top shape. So not just the training form and movement that suit you. Lifestyle elements and a healthy diet are also part of this. Everybody is different. Together we develop your personal success formula.
