Strength training is a form of self care. You will see huge increases in strength and endurance. But you can also expect to have more energy, sleep better, and start to see a decrease in health concerns. 


With the right training you work on your body and feel much better. You work on a powerful body and a powerful mind. And that is something to be proud of!




Is it safe to strength train during pregnancy?

Yes. But don't just take our word for it. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists lists resistance exercise, including lifting weights, as safe during pregnancy. Lifting light to moderate weights three to four times a week is considered a safe range for most healthy pregnant women.



Work with a certified pre- and post-natal coach

Women who are pregnant are going through a lot of firsts and unknowns. A certified coach will use safe, evidence-based practice to select programs and coaching strategies that will help you get results - while honoring your needs and wants. 


A coach will be by your side on much of your journey.
